Carolyn Reichle, 28, and Jeremy Floyd visited the DeLand, Florida animal hospital with their sick dog in May.

In the clip, Carolyn, who has her face muzzed, is shown handing a handwritten note to a woman standing behind the counter at the clinic. The message read: “Call the cops. My boyfriend is threatening me. He has a gun. Please don’t let him know.”

As the 28-year-old walked away, the employee handed the note to her colleague who appeared to read it as well. The footage then shows cops entering a small room in the hospital and arresting Floyd, who was armed with a gun.

The woman endured two days of beatings and being threatened with a gun by the convicted felon, until she finally convinced him to let her bring their dog to the vet. Floyd agreed — though he insisted on going with her, loaded gun in hand.
